Separate preparation from sending
LinkAvro lets you prepare LinkedIn profile requests and schedule approved jobs for later. Review the audience when you have time, then use scheduled execution instead of remembering to open each profile at the moment you want to send.
After the account connection step, scheduled work is dispatched on the server. Keeping a LinkedIn tab open is not required. A valid connected session and eligible job are still required for a request to execute.
Before you schedule
Check the recipient profile, the action, and the displayed schedule before approving. Avoid scheduling duplicate requests to the same person and review pending activity before adding another batch.
- Connect or reconnect your LinkedIn account if prompted.
- Add the reviewed profiles you want to contact.
- Select the request action and review the scheduled date and time.
- Submit the approved work and check the resulting status in LinkAvro.
What happens at the scheduled time?
The server periodically checks eligible scheduled work and dispatches it for execution. A scheduled time is not a promise of delivery at an exact second. Queue processing, session validity, and LinkedIn responses can affect when a request finishes.
Review sent, queued, or failed status rather than assuming a scheduled request was delivered. If a session expires or LinkedIn asks for verification, reconnect and review the affected work before trying again.
Review the outcome in Insights
Scheduled requests are part of your outreach activity. Once they are sent, they still need acceptance before becoming connections. Use the monthly request chart to review execution and the connection chart to understand your current network by connection month.
