Clear rules for a relationship-focused CRM platform.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using LinkAvro, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. LinkAvro is a hosted CRM platform for organizing professional contacts, relationship notes, record history, and private insights. Optional read-only third-party integrations may add relationship data to that workspace. LinkAvro does not send messages, invitations, connection requests, or marketing campaigns. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement for yourself or the organization you represent.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, customer content, and activity performed through your CRM workspace. Notify LinkAvro promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not type or upload passwords, authentication codes, browser cookies, session tokens, or challenge responses into LinkAvro or send them to anyone claiming to provide LinkAvro support. Any optional browser integration is read-only and must not be used to send social activity through LinkAvro.

3. CRM service and customer content

You retain your rights in the contact records, notes, lists, tags, relationship history, and other information that you submit to LinkAvro (together, “Customer Content”). You grant LinkAvro a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify as technically necessary, and process Customer Content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the CRM service you request.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and backup of Customer Content. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive data that the CRM service is not designed to manage.

4. Acceptable use

You may use LinkAvro only for lawful CRM and relationship-management workflows.

• Use contact information you are permitted to process.
• Review contact records for accuracy and keep only information you need.
• Respect opt-outs, privacy law, and the preferences of people in your records.
• Do not harass, deceive, impersonate, discriminate, or spam.
• Do not use LinkAvro to send or facilitate unsolicited email, social messages, connection requests, or bulk marketing.
• Do not upload harvested or purchased contact lists without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
• Do not upload sensitive information or another person's credentials.
• Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, or verification.
• Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or resell the service.

5. Third-party integrations and LinkedIn

LinkAvro is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation. Third-party integrations are optional and read-only. LinkedIn and other providers control their own platforms, rules, account restrictions, and feature availability.

LinkAvro does not use the integration to send messages, invitations, connection requests, or other social activity. You decide whether to use an integration and accept the risk of changes to the provider's data access or availability.

6. Trials, pricing, and CRM subscription billing

Displayed pricing describes LinkAvro's CRM plans. Complimentary or trial access may be offered when shown in the product, and creating an account does not charge you. Before any paid purchase, checkout shows the price, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation method. A subscription renews as disclosed at checkout until it is cancelled.

Paddle is the merchant of record for paid LinkAvro transactions and handles payment processing, taxes, invoices, subscription management, and buyer payment support. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy and any paid plan terms presented at checkout also apply to the payment transaction.

7. Product changes and availability

LinkAvro is an actively maintained CRM platform. Features may be added, changed, limited, paused, or removed, including features supplied by a third-party integration. Product pages distinguish available functionality from product demonstrations, but demonstrations and plans are not guarantees of a release date.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using LinkAvro at any time. Cancelled subscriptions remain subject to the billing and refund terms above. LinkAvro may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate security or payment problems, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, LinkAvro will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

When access ends, your right to use the service ends. Provisions concerning Customer Content, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and disputes survive as applicable.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The CRM service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, data completeness, contact responses, sales outcomes, or compatibility with third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkAvro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, customer decisions based on CRM records, or third-party platform enforcement arising from use of the service.
