1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using LinkAvro, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement for yourself or the organization you represent.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your workspace. Notify LinkAvro promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not type or upload passwords, authentication codes, browser cookies, session tokens, or challenge responses into LinkAvro or send them to anyone claiming to provide LinkAvro support. The official browser extension may read the currently signed-in LinkedIn session only for the connection flow; never send those values manually.

3. Acceptable use

You may use LinkAvro only for lawful professional outreach.

• Use contact information you are permitted to process.
• Review prospects and campaign wording before approval.
• Respect opt-outs, platform warnings, and applicable law.
• Do not harass, deceive, impersonate, discriminate, or spam.
• Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, or verification.
• Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or resell the service.

4. LinkedIn and browser-extension activity

LinkAvro is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn controls its platform, rules, account restrictions, invitation limits, and feature availability.

Browser automation may violate or trigger enforcement under LinkedIn's current terms or technical controls. You decide whether to use the extension and accept the risk of warnings, limitations, suspension, or other platform action. LinkAvro does not promise that a particular pace is safe.

5. Trials, pricing, and billing

Displayed pricing describes LinkAvro's professional plans. Accounts may receive complimentary access while self-service billing is disabled, and creating an account does not charge you. Before any paid purchase, checkout shows the price, interval, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation method.

Paddle may act as merchant of record for payment processing, taxes, invoices, and refunds. Any paid plan terms presented at checkout become part of these terms.

6. Product changes and availability

LinkAvro is an actively maintained online platform. Features may be added, changed, limited, paused, or removed. Product pages distinguish available functionality from product demonstrations, but demonstrations and plans are not guarantees of a release date.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, search visibility, invitation acceptance, replies, sales outcomes, or compatibility with third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkAvro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, or third-party platform enforcement arising from use of the service.
