A simple operating routine for clean relationship records.

A practical routine for keeping LinkAvro CRM records accurate, useful, private, and ready for human-led relationship work.

Use a small set of useful fields

Start with the fields that help you recognize the relationship: name, company, role, profile link, a short note, and a small number of tags. A focused record is easier to maintain and less likely to collect information you do not need.

Review on a regular cadence

Set a human review routine that fits the size of your workspace. Correct outdated roles, merge duplicates, add useful context, and remove records that no longer have a legitimate business purpose.

  1. Search for records with missing names, companies, or notes.
  2. Check that saved information is accurate and proportionate.
  3. Update the relationship note after a meaningful interaction.
  4. Export a backup when appropriate and protect the exported file.

Keep the boundary clear

LinkAvro is a CRM and record-keeping tool. It does not provide automated outbound marketing, unsolicited messaging, connection requests, or bulk communication. If you contact someone, use a separate channel and follow the law, platform rules, and the person's preferences.
