1. Scope and billing provider
This policy applies to paid LinkAvro CRM subscriptions and any other paid transaction shown at checkout. LinkAvro provides a hosted CRM workspace for professional contact records, relationship notes, record history, and private insights. A free or trial account is not charged unless you complete the paid checkout shown for your account.
Paddle is the merchant of record for LinkAvro transactions. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, taxes, invoices, subscription management, and payment support. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to the payment transaction.
2. Refunds and statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable consumer right. If applicable law gives you a withdrawal, refund, or other remedy, that right applies.
Except where required by law or stated in the checkout terms, paid transactions are not automatically refundable. Paddle may review a discretionary request submitted within 14 days of the relevant transaction date, including a renewal transaction, and may approve a full or partial refund at its discretion. A request within that period is not itself a guarantee of a refund.
If the CRM service is materially unavailable, defective, or not as described, contact LinkAvro first so we can investigate and try to resolve the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved, Paddle's refund process and applicable consumer-protection law may provide an additional remedy.
Paddle's current refund process and country-specific rules are available in its Refund Policy.
3. How to request a refund
If your purchase was processed by Paddle, use the support link in your receipt or billing page, or visit Paddle.net and choose Request refund. Include the email address used at checkout, the transaction or subscription reference, the CRM plan, and a short reason for the request. Never send a full card number, password, or authentication code.
If you cannot locate your receipt or need help identifying a LinkAvro transaction, contact support@linkavro.com. We may need to verify account or transaction details before helping.
4. Cancellation and future charges
You can cancel a subscription through the Paddle customer portal using the manage-subscription link in your transaction email, or through Paddle.net. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewals; it does not by itself create a refund for the current period. If you have a trial, cancel before the trial ends to prevent the paid subscription from starting.
If the billing portal is unavailable, email support@linkavro.com with the account email and cancellation request. Do not include payment credentials.
5. Approved refunds and payment disputes
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where possible and are processed according to the payment provider's timing. When a refund is issued, access to the refunded CRM subscription or transaction may end, so export any CRM records you need before requesting cancellation or a refund.
For an unrecognized charge, contact Paddle through your receipt or Paddle.net and contact support@linkavro.com promptly. We encourage resolving billing questions before initiating a chargeback, without limiting any lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
6. Contact and changes
We may update this policy when billing providers, CRM plans, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. The policy and checkout terms in effect for a transaction govern that transaction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
